With a background in hospitality design, project management, and marketing, Crystal brings first-hand product knowledge, a passion for design, and a dedication to exceptional client service. Her leadership continues the company’s tradition of collaboration, innovation, and attention to detail.

Source Direct NW’s legacy began with Debbie and Wendy Mohr, who built and expanded the business over two decades. In 2018, Wendy rebranded as Source Direct NW, refined the company’s lines, and brought Crystal on board to strengthen sales and client support. Today, under Crystal’s leadership, Source Direct NW remains committed to delivering inspired design solutions and representing the industry’s best brands across the Pacific Northwest.
